One of the small windows was cracked in our spare room, Andy replied swiftly to my quote request and arranged a visit to measure the offending window. Emailed me the very next morning to say the glass was ready and that he could come fit it. Fantastic service, extremley swift and will definatley use Andy again if I have any further window issues!
